KEY STEPS TO FOLLOW

If you play rugby, check if you have an existing or prior GMS account. If you have played club or school rugby, or have booked onto a training course in the past, you will likely have an account already.
If you have played rugby at a club or school in the past, you will likely have a GMS account. If you cannot log in:
• If you know the email address your GMS account is registered to, but not your password, click 'Forgot password?', and enter your email address.
• If you do not know the email address your GMS account is registered to, contact your institution administrator who should be able to look up your email in GMS and provide it to you.
Step One:
Log in to GMS if you have an account.
OR
Create an account if you do not have one, following the steps here. Do not use your university email address.
Step Two:
If you were registered last season, click the ‘Renew Player Registration (Adult)’ button to renew your registration.
OR, if you have not registered to play before
You will see a ‘My Organisations’ box. Click the ‘Add’ button in top-right corner. Then search for your university club and select them from the list.
Step Three:
Once you have selected the right club, it will appear on your profile page in the ‘My Organisations’ box on the left-hand side. Then click the ‘Register to Play’ button.
Step Four:
Make sure your registration details are correct and review the consent boxes and waivers.
Step Five:
Click the 'save' or ‘submit’ button to submit your registration form.
Your application will be sent to the university club to review. ​​​
