Are you looking to gain experience working in sports communications or share your passion for rugby? The Students' Rugby Football Union (SRFU) are on the lookout for a Digital Content Officer volunteer to join the Communications Team.
Digital Content Officer volunteers help support the planning and delivery of regular content across SRFU’s key social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. Helping contribute to the growth of the university game, with a focus on engaging underrepresented communities alongside retaining existing players and volunteers.
This includes producing written content such as articles for websites and newsletters, creating graphics in accordance with SRFU brand guidelines and tone of voice, and monitoring channels to engage with followers and key stakeholders such as university teams and institutions.
There is the opportunity to support the delivery of milestone communications campaigns for major events during the season, such as the BUCS Finals, University Rugby Development Forum, University RugbyAwards and England Students Programmes.
